Meet Our Founder - Santhya Eva Rene Jay
Reneva was founded by Santhya Eva Rene Jay, an educator, debate coach, and advocate with a deep commitment to educational excellence and equal opportunity.
Holding a Master of Education (English) from the National Institute of Education and Nanyang Technological University, she is also TESOL Certified.
With over a decade of teaching and coaching experience, she has worked with students across:

Driven by a belief that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, Santhya founded Reneva to provide high-quality English education, communication training, and personalised support for learners from all backgrounds.

With a background in aircraft engineering, Rene brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to Reneva's growth. He spearheads collaborations with schools and private institutions, working to make Debate and Model United Nations accessible to students from all educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Driven by a belief that opportunities should extend beyond traditional boundaries, Rene is committed to expanding Reneva's reach and impact. An avid sports enthusiast, he also envisions broadening Reneva's programmes to include sports education and development in the future.
